These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services offered by Horizon Umrah (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website and direct communication channels. By booking any travel package, submitting personal information, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our official channels, including our website, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your travel package. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided.

Failure to make full payment before the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit or prior payments. Accepted methods of payment include credit/debit cards, wire transfers, and other options approved by Horizon Umrah.


2. Package Inclusions and Exclusions

Each package includes only the services explicitly mentioned on your invoice or package description. This may include hotel accommodations, visa processing, ground transport, and airline tickets.

Unless specified otherwise, package prices do not include meals, travel insurance, extra luggage fees, tips, personal expenses, or medical coverage. It is the traveler’s responsibility to confirm what is included in their package before payment.


3. Visa Processing

Horizon Umrah assists in facilitating Umrah visa applications but does not guarantee visa approval. All visa decisions are made solely by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation required for visa processing.

In case of a visa rejection, refunds will be issued only according to our Refund Policy.


4. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passport, national ID, vaccination certificates, and visa, are valid and in order before the departure date. Passports must have at least six (6) months of validity at the time of travel.

We are not liable for missed flights, denied boarding, or entry refusal due to incomplete or invalid documents.


5. Health and Travel Fitness

By booking with Horizon Umrah, you confirm that you are medically and physically fit to travel. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional regarding vaccinations, medications, and other medical advice before departure.

We are not responsible for any medical emergencies, illnesses, or injuries that may occur during your journey. Travel insurance covering medical issues is strongly recommended.


6. Pricing and Currency

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in airline fares, hotel rates, visa fees, exchange rates, or other supplier costs.

Once a booking is confirmed and paid, your price is locked unless stated otherwise in your agreement.


7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@horizonumrah.com. Refund eligibility and conditions are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Changes and Modifications

Horizon Umrah reserves the right to make changes to the travel itinerary, hotel arrangements, flights, or other services due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, airline delays, hotel overbooking, or changes in government policy.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent alternatives. No refunds or compensation will be provided for minor changes that do not significantly impact the overall experience.


9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, acts of war, airline or vendor strikes, or technical failures.

In such events, we will make efforts to reschedule or provide credits, but refunds are not guaranteed.


10. Liability Disclaimer

Horizon Umrah acts as a booking intermediary and does not own or control any airlines, hotels, transport companies, or other service providers. Therefore, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, accident, or other incident resulting from actions or negligence of third-party vendors.

You agree to release Horizon Umrah from all claims, demands, and liabilities arising from your participation in any travel package.


11. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, health coverage, luggage protection, and emergency assistance.

Horizon Umrah does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for any losses that would otherwise be covered by such policies.


12. Code of Conduct During Umrah

All travelers are expected to maintain respectful behavior and follow the laws, customs, and religious guidelines of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of religious regulations may result in deportation, fines, or other penalties imposed by authorities.

We reserve the right to cancel your participation in the tour without refund if your behavior endangers others or causes disruption.


13. Privacy Policy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.


14. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, package descriptions, images, and written materials, is the property of Horizon Umrah and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written consent.


15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert U.S. State], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of USA.


17. Service Fulfillment Policy (Shipping/Service Policy)

Horizon Umrah is a service-based travel company. As such, no physical goods are shipped. All services, including flights, hotel bookings, ground transport arrangements, and visa processing, are provided digitally or via direct communication with our clients.

Upon successful payment and submission of required personal information and documents (such as passport copies and ID), the service fulfillment process begins. You will receive a detailed confirmation email outlining your package itinerary and next steps.

Service delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Booking Confirmation: Within 24–72 hours of receiving the initial deposit and all required documentation.

  • Visa Processing: Typically 5–10 business days, depending on Saudi embassy regulations and individual applicant circumstances.

  • Itinerary & Travel Documents: Final travel documents (e.g., e-tickets, hotel vouchers, ground transport info) will be shared 7–10 days before departure via email and/or WhatsApp.

  • Customer Support: Available from the time of booking until the completion of your Umrah trip. Support is provided via email, phone, and WhatsApp.

Delays may occur due to third-party vendor issues, public holidays, changes in Saudi visa regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Horizon Umrah is not liable for delays caused by external partners or government authorities but will make every effort to keep you informed and minimize disruption.
